"I don’t know what I’m doing with my life anymore. Everything feels like it’s crashing down at once. I’m falling behind in school, my relationship just ended, and my parents keep asking about my next steps when I honestly have no idea. I feel stuck, overwhelmed, and desperate for someone to help me make sense of it all so I can figure out who I am and where I’m headed."
If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. I help young adults facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, stress, racial and gender identity questions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and the weight of past and present trauma.

Many of my clients are navigating transitional life stages: exploring careers, starting or finishing school, raising a family, or managing relationships, while also carrying the weight of past trauma. Together, we’ll develop healthy coping strategies for anxiety and stress, build self-compassion, and improve emotional regulation to create hope and balance.

Even when you're feeling stuck, emotionally drained, and unable to be fully present, I listen deeply to both your words and what’s unspoken. I bring empathy, curiosity, and creativity into each session, adapting my approach to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a safe, affirming space to heal, grow, and reclaim your sense of direction.
