I’m Cathy, a compassionate therapist who specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and developmental disorders such as Autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT to help clients build emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping skills. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you or your child can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
I believe that healing begins with safety, empathy, and connection. Together, we’ll explore the challenges holding you back, build emotional resilience, and uncover the tools needed to create positive, lasting change. I’m here to help you navigate the path toward healing and balance.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Reach out today to schedule your first session.
