Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, or postpartum challenges. I’m Claralys, a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist who works with children, teens, young adults, and new or expectant mothers. I provide a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore difficulties, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. If you are coping with loss, low self-esteem, difficulty focusing, or feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, therapy can help.
Healing from trauma can feel intimidating and complex. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help clients understand the mind-body connection, including fight-or-flight responses, while gently working to identify triggers and develop grounding and emotional regulation skills. My goal is to help you regain a sense of safety, stability, and empowerment.
As a first-generation Latina, mother, and person of color, I bring cultural awareness and lived understanding to my work. I deeply value creating a culturally responsive and affirming therapeutic environment. My style is warm, patient, and collaborative, and I strive to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
