You’ve survived so much, but lately it feels like surviving isn’t enough anymore. You’re tired of being strong all the time, tired of the overthinking, the guilt, the constant tension in your body. Maybe you’ve been through abuse or relationships that left you doubting yourself. Maybe you’re navigating life as a first-generation or bicultural woman, balancing family expectations, identity, and boundaries. Deep down, you want to feel calm, confident, and connected again but you’re not sure where to start.
As a Latina therapist and immigrant, I specialize in helping Latinx and BIPOC adults heal from trauma, emotional abuse, anxiety, and depression. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in both heart and structure. I help clients understand their patterns, rebuild trust in themselves, and learn how to set boundaries without guilt.
Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to open up to. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to show up as your full self: messy, emotional, uncertain, or hopeful. My style blends warmth with clear guidance, helping you connect the dots between your past and present so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
