Kathy Ertilien, LCSW

Under the Supervision of Daisha Roberts, LICSW

Navigating life transitions, anxiety, or trauma can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t know where to start. I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and depression. I provide trauma-informed, strength-based therapy that supports emotional growth, resilience, and confidence, creating a safe space for Black, BIPOC, and other marginalized clients.

I help clients explore racial identity, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and stress. Many are navigating life transitions, independence, or trauma. Together, we work to build practical coping skills, process emotions, and strengthen confidence in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

Together, we’ll develop coping strategies, improve confidence, and build emotional resilience to help you move forward in life. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, process trauma, and build the skills and confidence to face life with clarity and strength.
