Shandira Soto
Under the Supervision of Daisha Roberts, LICSW
You may be coming to therapy feeling stuck, lonely, disconnected, or overwhelmed by stress and burnout. You may be navigating changes in school, work, relationships, family, or identity while trying to figure out your needs and how to communicate them. I’m Shandira Soto, a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical mental health intern. Together, we can navigate the challenges you’re facing while helping you reconnect with yourself and what matters most.
When anxiety, depression, or past experiences leave you feeling like nothing is working, it can be difficult to know where to begin. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore new possibilities. You don’t need to have all the answers.
As an Afro-Latina, queer woman, I understand how important it can be to have a space where you can show up as your full self. My goal is to create a welcoming, affirming environment where you feel safe, seen and valued, and where you can explore the parts of yourself and your life that may feel difficult to navigate alone.
